Avon Rebranding

Avon has always been more than a beauty brand. It’s a Femtech. Built from a female perspective, with over 1,000 beauty tech patents and 140 years of cultural transformation, it anticipated social networks, social commerce, and the creator economy by connecting people, business, and influence.

The brand required a system to support its complexity, from products to digital environments, execution to governance. A design system transforms Avon into infrastructure: modular, scalable, and culturally relevant, connecting all touchpoints through proprietary codes.
